🌸 GENERAL
By purchasing a commission from me you agree with my terms. Please read them carefully.Please, read my ADD-ONS if you want more than one character, a complex background, or your character has a complex design.Please, if you can provide full visual references to help me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.If you lose your interest, please CANCEL YOUR COMMISSION. I will need to organize my time.

🌸 PAYMENTS
Payments must be done upfront.
I would add a little plus $5 USD of the initial price of the commission for the commission fee of paypal.I have the right to refuse your commission if you ask for something that I feel uncomfortable drawing.Small adjustments after finishing the piece are free, but anything that takes longer than a few minutes will be subject to additional charge.($10 each)If your commission is on the waiting list, payment must be made when it's your turn.

🌸 REFUNDS
If the customer wishes to cancel the order in the middle or end of the process, I will do a refund but not the full price, there will be 25% NON-REFUNDABLE.In the rare event, I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.

🌸 REVISIONS
When I start working on your commission I will send one (1) wip of each phase (Sketch, Lineart, and Color) but it can be arranged.During the sketch process, you can ask for as many changes as you want about any aspect of the drawing.Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.🌸 DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
My turnaround time depends on the complexity of the work, I'm a university student so please be understanding if I spend more time than what I intended. (Most of the time is between 1 week and half to 1 month)Please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission with a deadline just in case something arises. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in a while! I normally provide updates on the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.The final result will be delivered via the client's request. I can also email you full-resolution .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.🌸 USE
Dont use my art for training IA or buy as an NFT.You can use my art for any PERSONAL use.There will be a fee for any COMMERCIAL use, let's talk about it if it's your case.Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit to @nanayu_17.🌸 COMMUNICATION
